A Midsummers Dream Pop Up Dinner

Come out for another intimate, family-style at Blend! This is an opportunity to come out with friends or meet new people while sharing a meal while supporting local businesses and farms.

Start the night off with a local cheese and wine pairing lead by the charismatic and knowledgeable Dave Saunders, who has many years experience representing a local winery. David was raised in the finger lakes region of New York State where the area is littered with world class wineries. Spending much of his adult life in food service and sales industries, his passion for providing people with a great experience and love for showcasing local products is a perfect meld of experience to speak on the relationship of food and wine. You get to enjoy a complimentary glass of wine!

Next, enjoy a four-course meal with light, seasonal, and refreshing flavors!

- Heirloom tomato tarte tatin with creamy buratta, basil, and balsamic drizzle

- Arugula salad with grilled peaches, goat cheese, and white balsamic vinaigrette

- Lemon ricotta pasta with lemon pesto, sugar snap peas, fresh herbs, and chicken

- Individual pavlova with whipped cream, honey, and wild berry compote
